The design of Arlington Crossing, created by JL Bender, Inc., is a modern interpretation of the many quality structures found within Upper Arlington. The exterior façade mirrors the design history of the community through the use of brick towers, stone bases, projecting terraces, and finely scaled sloping roofs.

In step with modern urban planning, the five story building is brought close to the sidewalk and is professionally landscaped to emphasize the scale of the walking community experience.  This design allows vehicles to be concealed at the rear of the site and within a secure garage that has all of the fine residential design cues of the remainder of the building.
